- For new projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins
- Remaining 50% payment is due after milestone approval
- For retainer services, invoices are sent at the beginning of each month
- Late payments incur a 2% penalty per month
- Users may cancel services by providing written notice 14 business days in advance
- Deposits already paid are non-refundable
- Completed work will be billed in full
- DLabs reserves the right to terminate services for terms violation
- No additional fees for cancellations made per procedure
- Refunds only apply for technical errors that cannot be fixed
- Refunds do not apply for changes in user business requirements
- Refund requests must be accompanied by technical issue documentation
- Refund process takes 14 business days after approval
- Refunds do not apply for services already 100% completed
- All source code and intellectual property remain owned by the user
- DLabs acts only as a development contractor
- Users have full rights to the developed applications
- Technical documentation will be handed over to users
- Project data will be deleted within 30 days after project completion
- Initial response for critical issues: 4 business hours
- Initial response for high priority: 8 business hours
- Initial response for medium priority: 24 business hours
- Initial response for low priority: 48 business hours
